The Transaction: Data Respons has Acquired MicroDoc

Data Respons ASA (Oslo, Norway) has acquired 100% of the shares in MicroDoc Computersysteme GmbH, a software technology company headquartered in Munich. The company employs more than 50 specialists in software development, Java and system design, as well as software solutions for IoT, mobile/network infrastructure, and embedded applications.
